Digital Project Manager

Your team and responsibilities

As a Digital Project Manager, you are the connection from our client to the project teams within BrandLoyalty and IceMobile. With your expertise as a (technical) Project Manager, you get excited about leading comprehensive and complex projects. You’re ready to widen your scope as a specialist to a more generalist role of being both a Project Manager and an Account manager. Being structured is your key to success! It is in the way you think to keep an overview. You’re sales driven and got outstanding communication skills to achieve alignment within all departments involved in the project. You never lose sight of the goal, so you make the right and necessary progress in leading the project forward.


  • Lead and manage the client digital strategy development process;
  • Selling digital loyalty solutions to food retailers (Mexico/LATAM) by utilizing tech platforms and managing data;
  • Retention and business development of digital loyalty solutions with food retailers (Mexico/LATAM);
  • Account management with a long-term partnership vision;
  • Prepare client pitches and lead the client digital sales process;
  • Prepare financials/client offers and manage internal approval processes;
  • Identify the sales potential for the digital loyalty solutions in Mexico/LATAM;
  • Identify new business opportunities for new digital products/services based upon customer segment’s needs;
  • Leading the creation and implementation of the digital loyalty strategy;
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders who make or influence purchasing decisions;
  • Strong network in the food-retail market combined with strong knowledge about digital solutions.

Requirements

What qualities do you bring?

  • Someone who can act structured in operational topics, but has a great interest in business and business development;
  • 5+ years of experience, within a project manager role (data or loyalty experience is a plus);
  • A bachelor or master's degree;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish;
  • Proven track record in building successful and sustainable businesses at clients;
  • Opportunistic personality with great problem-solving skills and a persistent and persuasive approach;
  • Hands-on approach; takes initiative and is driven to go the extra mile;
  • Constantly challenge yourself and your colleagues to deliver the best results and be a reliable partner.
