Account Manager Digital Loyalty Solutions

Your team and responsibilities

As an account manager Digital Loyalty Solutions you are to connection from our client to the project teams within Brandloyalty and IceMobile.

  • Responsible to sell digital loyalty solutions to food-retail clients in Mexico and the other LATAM countries around Mexico (launching, implementation, communication, feedback loops etc.) in close cooperation with the businesses and by using technology platforms and managing data;
  • Responsible for the Retention and expansion of digital loyalty solutions (Digital) business within food-retail market in Mexico and other Latin-American countries;
  • Responsible to manage client relationships, resulting in long-term partnerships;
  • Lead and manage the client digital strategy development process;
  • Prepare client pitches and lead the client digital sales process;
  • Prepare financials/client offers and manage internal approval processes;
  • Identify the sales potential for the digital loyalty solutions in Mexico and other LATAM countries;
  • Identify new business opportunities for new digital products/services based upon customer segment’s needs;
  • Leading the creation and implementation of the digital loyalty strategy in Mexico and other LATAM countries;
  • Aim to build strong relationships with all the members of the client´s team who make or influence purchasing decisions;
  • Strong network in the food-retail market combined with strong knowledge about digital solutions.


What qualities do you bring?

  • A person who is a commercially orientated and understands how to sell promotions and promotional ideas in combination with digital or digital as a starting point;
  • 5+ years of experience, within an account manager role (data or loyalty experience is a plus);
  • A bachelor or master's degree;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish;
  • Proven track record in building successful and sustainable businesses at clients;
  • Opportunistic personality with great problem-solving skills and a persistent and persuasive approach;
  • Hands-on approach, takes initiative and driven to go the extra mile;
