Total Rewards Manager EMEA and ASIA

At Brand Loyalty we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Total Rewards Leader who will design, structure, implement and integrate compensation and  benefits programs that meet the needs of our fast paced evolving company.

Your team and responsibility

As Total Rewards Leader you will be responsible for the EMEA & Asia rewards team whilst working with the Global Rewards group, contributing to and implementing the reward strategy. You will ensure that the compensation and benefit outcomes meet our current and future business needs and are consistent with our desired internal and external market position.

You will manage the EMEA& Asia rewards team  located in Den Bosch and are responsible for compensation, benefits, payroll and HR analytics. Providing leadership, direction and driving the rewards agenda in conjunction with the VP, Total Rewards and AET located in Toronto, Canada, you will ensure that your team is, developing compensation and benefit programs making sure they are compliant with policy and budget. 

You will closely work with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Talent Business Partners, to deliver a compelling value proposition for the entire company.

Together with your team you will

  • Develop, implement, and manage the strategic direction of base pay, variable pay, health and welfare plans, and other benefit/perk programs.
  • Provide technical expertise and proactive guidance to monitor and maintain competitive positioning to keep pace with the company’s growth.
  • Work with external consultants and professional industry organisations to understand and benchmark market practices.
  • Manage compensation surveys, conduct related analysis, researching market competitive practices, recommending new programs or enhancements based on cost/benefit analysis and benchmarking.
  • Manage the planning and design of the bi-annual compensation salary planning process.
  • Provide counsel on the creation and analysis of job descriptions to ensure internal and external equity.
  • Manage the annual open enrollment process, annual review and bidding process for plans, and benefits planning.
  • Make certain that changes to retirement programs incorporate the company’s strategic objectives, satisfy legal requirements, and achieve a balance between market practice, employee needs, and the company’s ability to fund the plan
  • Monitor and implement changes to ensure compliance with global regulations.

This is a new role, you will report to the VP Talent & Associate Experience at Loyalty One (based in Toronto).


Who are you?

You have experience working within an EMEA reward structure, and you are familiar with developing reward strategies and understand some of the more complex requirements in some locations. You’ll also be at the forefront of contributing ideas, being proactive and reactive to business requests and delivering project changes as part of a global team, as well as developing compensation and benefit programs.

Being an effective communicator is key to be successful in this position as you’ll work regularly with key stakeholders within the business, from colleagues within the wider HR team, to senior group and department leaders. You should feel comfortable leading briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.

You are a team player with not only effective communication skills but passionate about rewards, the ability to lead a team successfully and implement strategies and policy across the business. You have:


  • Bachelors or Master Degree
  • Minimum 10+ years of significant experience in Global Compensation and Benefits/ Total Reward experience.
  • Knowledge of strategic rewards management, compensation salary planning, incentive programs, equity plans, and market pricing.
  • Leadership skills
  • Data driven and analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information; strong ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast paced environment.
  • Fearless in moving fluidly between strategy and tactical execution.

Experienced in applying HR-related legal and compliance knowledge to various business scenarios.
