Senior HR Business Partner

HR is acting at the center of the business and driven to make our colleagues happy. As we are growing our small, young but powerful team is looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced business partner to join. 


Your team and responsibility; 

As an experienced HR professional, you act as a partner to different business teams internationally with a focus on the Sales teams. 

You transfer requests and solutions to departments as a trusted advisor with knowledge of our employees
and business processes. Your experience and interest in the field of talent development help you to
support the growth of our employees and built strong teams within a complex and constant changing
environment. Your challenge in this position is to implement and role out new HR processes and tooling
as wel as succesfully fullfilling the role of businesspartner to internal stakeholders. 


• The first point of contact for our employees and a sparring partner for the HR Director and senior
managers;

• Entrepreneurial and you proactively support the delivery of HR processes to the company;
• A strong sparring partner and able to build valuable relation within the company and teams;

• Experienced in succesfully working together in a global HR team within different lines of

business;

• Able to actively identify gaps, as well as propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks;
• Talented in finding the right information on innovative HR related topics and able to share your
knowledge across the business;
• Sincere, respectful, diplomatic communicator, good listener with empathic abilities.

Requirements

Who you are;

• 8+ years of experience in the field of HR and a proven track record within complex environments; 

experience with change management processes and implementing talent development tools

• Inspirational and motivational manager with great team leading skills

• Hands on experience in implementing and rolling out new HR processes and tooling;

• Strong business insight, organizationally sensitive and a consultancy approach;

• Analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
