Recruitment Manager

Our  Recruitment department is at the centre of the business, helping to create happy clients, customers, colleagues and candidates, and therefore with this ever-growing workload we are looking for a Manager who will coach, inspire and motivate our small but powerful recruitment team.  


Your team and responsibilities;

Recruitment is a key component to the success of BrandLoyalty, our team is up to speed but always on the lookout to further professionalize and improve.

As  Recruitment Manager you have a corporate recruitment responsibility for three areas: Europe, APAC and Americas. You have 3 team members based in Europe and Asia.

 

Besides your own portfolio of vacancies, you will play a key role in:

  • Team coaching: to attract, hire, develop and inspire your recruitment team members to meet our growing targets
  • Stakeholder management: to service the business to their recruitment needs and advise the stakeholders on recruitment topics and processes by having regular communications with Hiring Managers
  • Process management: to continuously improve the recruitment process in our company including reporting about metrics and taking actions to close gaps
  • Market knowledge: to stay informed about labor market trends and recruitment practices and tools. You act as trusted adviser by pro-actively sharing recruitment topics and innovations with your team and the business including setting up tools to improve our Employer Branding

You will be surrounded by talent from all over the world in our office in Den Bosch with more than 50 nationalities. You will get the freedom and responsibility to make it happen! 

You will report to the Global HR Director based in Den Bosch.

Requirements

Who you are?

  • A Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate recruiter with international focus;
  • 3 years of People management experience, you are an engaging leader who loves to inspire, motivate and develop the team;
  • excellent communications skills and you are (nearly) fluent in English;
  • the ability to multi task with a sense of urgency while dealing with a large number of vacancies and stakeholders
