Programme Manager

Our Programme Management department is at the center of the business, helping to create happy clients, customers and colleagues. 

 We are looking for a new colleague to join our powerful team and work closely together with all other departments within BrandLoyalty as well as our clients in successfully running our loyalty programs all over Europe. 

Together with a small but passionate, hands on team you are responsible for the programme set-up, programme execution and programme analysis. In this matter you will be responsible for the loyalty programme set up together with the right departments such as:  Business intelligence dep, Marketing dep, logistical dep, supply chain dep, sourcing dep, category management dep.

Your main role is to bring the programme to life by managing all steps from A to Z.  You will be supported by a project team that you will have to coordinate in order to provide high services to our clients.

Your responsibilities; 

  • Forecasts : to elaborate the mechanism of the programme, required volumes of products needed at what time and make sure the Suppy Chain can deliver the goods
  • Client facing on weekly basis : reporting, ensure the operational client’s requirement are meet on at every steps
  • Process : make sure all processes are respected
  • Back planning : ensure the deadlines
  • Financials : elaborate and monitor the programme budget
  • Marketing development : create artwork for the POS materials ( in store activation)
  • Logistical details and logistical arrangements with the forwarder, follow up of deliveries
  • Programme control : weekly analysis of actual sales and actions to take ( stock allocation )


What qualities do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong Project Management and time-management skills with ability to multi tasks
  • Very good understanding of standard office software (MS Office), SAP knowledge is preferable Willingness to travel
  • 3+ years of work experience in a commercial environment
  • Strong interpersonal and strong communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with good attention to detail
  • Problem solver, proactive and decision maker with the ability to anticipate to changing circumstances
  • Works well under pressure
  • An interest in the retail landscape and in-store matters
  • Enthusiasm to widen your knowledge about the retail industry/kids marketing and share your knowledge with your colleagues
