Pricing & Contract Manager

As a Pricing Manager your goal is to ensure the administrative processes towards the sales pitches and programs are handled in the most accurate and efficient way possible. Your easy with numbers and are very keen on servicing our business.

 

Your responsibilities

You will be working closely together with the Sourcing Managers in Den Bosch and Hong Kong.

Stakeholder management is one of your focus points within this position. Furthermore, you will be in cooperation with internal stakeholders such as, program management, supply chain management, finance and logistics

  • Responsible for Pricing towards our internal sales departments worldwide.
  • Price calculations jobbers.
  • Analyze price level consistency (buying and selling).
  • Support Sourcing managers during development stage.
  • Set-up buying contracts (Validate VAT flow with tax department).
  • Creation of PO input forms.
  • Key user Price calculator (SAP).
  • Initiate & support Process optimization cross departmental.

What qualities do you bring?

  • HBO Degree. Working experience, and administrative background 3-5 years.
  • Good understanding of SAP and standard office software.
  • Excellent English language skills, verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of the overall business process of procurement, supply chains, such as logistic.
  • Experience with importing/exporting goods worldwide.
  • Stress resistant with excellent planning and organization skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent follow up skills with good attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
