Personal Assistant

Are you great at discretion and communication? Then we are looking for you as the personal assistant to our Chief People Officer. 


We are looking for fulltime support to enable our Chief People Officer to execute her tasks. Your enthusiastic personality inspires whomever you meet, and you act as a first point of contact for people inside and outside the organization. Next to that, you enable the people around you to focus on the things that matter, by prioritizing the incoming requests. A fun attitude and ability to think on your feet will ensure that you succeed in a constantly changing environment. You are eager to coordinate and manage day-to-day responsibilities which will impact the success of you and your partner.


What Will You Do?

  • Arrange travel, visas and accommodation in cooperation with our backoffice, as needed. 
  • Organize, attend and prepare different meetings; ensuring executive is well prepared for the meetings; take notes or dictation during and/or provide general assistance during presentations;
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate care and timely manner;
  • Meeting and warmly welcoming our international visitors at all levels of seniority;
  • Organizing and maintaining complex diaries and arrange appointments;
  • Handling incoming mail and phone calls, often corresponding on behalf of the Executive;
  • Pro-actively producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • Liaise with colleagues, clients, suppliers in a constructive way.


Who Are You?

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • 6+ years of relevant working experience, in an international environment. Preferably, for an international peer;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Exceptional written and communication skills in English;
  • The ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines;
  • Passionate about people and demonstrate excellent service to whomever you meet
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to multitask a range of different tasks;
  • Discretion and ability to handle information with care and in a subtle manner.
