Your team and responsibilities
The Operations analysts works within the pillar Operations.
The Operations department is responsible for global forecasting and the review and approval of all (re)projections. The Operations Analyst works together with the Sales Offices on implementing loyalty programs. This role is the analytical and critical counterpart for the program manager. The Operations Analyst reviews and approves the program forecast and analyses the weekly programme performance data. Next to this the Operations Analyst ensures the numbers in our planned and running programs are accurate and up to date.
