Finance Manager

For our National Sales Office (NSO) in Paris we are looking for an experienced Finance manager


Your team and responsibilities;

We are looking for a finance manager who is “hands on” and willing to build and grow with the organization, you will work closely together with our head office in Den Bosch, The Netherlands.


  • Ensure monthly timely financial reporting to our head office in Den Bosch, The Netherlands
  • Advise account- and sales managers on program performance.
  • Budget and forecast: Provide monthly updates on analysis of actuals compared to budget and forecasts. from P&L.
  • Assure compliance with local tax and reporting requirements.
  • Cash flow management and forecasting, ensure adequate funds are available for day-to-day operations.
  • Liaise with external parties (payroll service provider, tax consultants, auditors) on regular external reporting requirements.
  • Maintain employment contracts, staff records and handle staff related matters.
  • Active role in SOX procedures.
  • Involvement in ad hoc projects as required.


Who are you;

  • Master degree in business administration or Accounting.
  • Designated Certification as CA or CGA preferred
  • 5 years relevant work experience working in a finance department.
  • Excellent analytical skills with good attention to detail
  • Independent, pro-active and structured.
  • Very good understanding of standard office software (MS Office).
  • Strong working experience with SAP is a requirement.
  • Good understanding of local tax (Corporate income tax, CVAE, recycling tax) and accounting (French GAAP) regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with preparation and filing VAT returns and Monthly intrastat declarations ( déclaration d’échanges de biens (DEB).
  • Hands-on experience with month end closing procedures.
  • Basic understanding of social security and pension structure/regulations.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, being able to work on a stand-alone base. Be hands on in the job in order to develop the business/role.
