Your team and responsibilities
As part of the Demand Management team, you will work closely with Account Managers across North Asia, South East Asia and Pacific to manage risk and optimise the performance of our Loyalty programmes. The focus will be on forecasting demand, optimising deliveries to stores and working alongside supply chain and account managers to minimize the impact from shifts in demand. Provide actionable and timely programme analysis using client data, BrandLoyalty data and external data. Work with the Consumer and Business Intelligence team on programme analysis and process weekly or daily client data to update reporting tools for account managers.
