To help and to grow our business we need great talent! Recruitment within Brandloyalty is an ongoing strategy to find specialists, leaders, or future executives for our company. We need you to create long-term human resources planning and to build a high-quality workforce, find and connect the right talent at the right time at the right place. We are happy to welcome you to our HR team and have a global responsibility when it comes to Recruitment. Together with the recruitment of two people based in Den Bosch and Amsterdam and one more colleague based in Hong Kong we take care of all new hires in the America’s, EMEA and APAC.


To further professionalize recruitment, we are looking for a full-time Recruiter to attract the right/qualified people at the right time. You are responsible for further improve the entire recruitment process, ranging from pro-actively searching for candidates to screening CV’s to contracting new employees. You will coordinate all BrandLoyalty and IceMobile recruitment processes.

  • Recruit via direct sourcing/headhunting;
  • Recruit with the use of recruitment Marketing;
  • BrandLoyalty representative at different platforms (network communities offline as well as online);
  • Talent management within Brandloyalty (internal mobility);
  • Select candidates via phone and face to face interviews;
  • Supporting hiring managers in the full recruitment cycle, from intake to job offer face;
  • The digitalization of recruitment, with the use of innovative ideas/projects;
  • Building of relevant talent pool and regularly keep in touch with future potential employees;
  • Collaboration with the teams within HR (services and development).


Requirements

What qualities do you bring?

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience;
  • Affinity and/or experience within tech recruitment;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a commercial direction;
  • Experience with recruitment Marketing;
  • Interest in recruitment innovations with tech subjects;
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • Experience with international target groups
  • Excellent planning, organization and communication skills;
  • Goal and result oriented, hands-on/can do mentality;
  • Willing to work from both our Amsterdam and Den Bosch office.
