We need you to be dedicated focused on helping our business in finding, selecting and hiring a high-quality workforce. We are happy to welcome you to join our APAC HR team based in Hong-Kong. You will be part of the Global Recruitment team, reporting into the Global Recruitment Manager, located in The Netherlands. The entire Global recruitment team is 4 FTE as well 1 intern. Together we are responsible for hiring top talent for BrandLoyalty in EMEA, APAC and North America.


Your responsibilities

To further professionalize recruitment, we are looking for a full-time Recruiter. You are responsible to

attract top talent at the right time against the most efficient costs.

You are responsible for further improve the APAC recruitment process from pro-actively searching candidates and screening the CV’s to welcoming the new employees on their first day. You will be the go to person for all hiring managers within APAC Brandloyalty as well the go to person for all candidates.


  • Have briefings with Hiring Managers in order to advise and execute the best recruitment solution;
  • Directly source a pipeline of suitable candidates for each position;
  • Pre-screen candidates’ CVs;
  • Further screen candidates via interviews together with hiring managers and HR;
  • Use headhunting techniques;
  • Enhance the marketing material to attract candidates;
  • Create and implement a branded and enhanced candidate journey, incorporating employer branding for the APAC area;
  • Brandloyalty representative at different platforms (network communities offline as well as online);
  • Work with HR peers to incorporate talent management (internal mobility);
  • Support hiring managers and take the lead for the full recruitment cycle,
  • Scheduling interviews, provide candidate feedback and manage candidate from end to end,
  • Digitalisation of recruitment, with the use of innovative ideas/projects;
  • Building of relevant talent pool and on regular basis keep in touch with future potential employees;
  • Provide relevant recruitment metrics to give insights to the business and HR team members.
  • Collaboration with the teams within HR (services and development).
  • Ad hoc projects

Requirements

What qualities do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience within corporate recruitment;
  • Experience in directly sourcing candidates for commercial and functional roles in Japan, Hong Kong, Korea & China;
  • Excellent in English (written and spoken);
  • Have the right to work and live in Hong Kong;
  • Willing to travel from time to time (Brandloyalty offices in APAC);
  • Excellent planning, organization and communication skills;
  • Used to work in a self-starting and hands-on environment;
  • Used to work in a remote team and having a remote manager.
