BrandLoyalty designs, develops and implements loyalty solutions that help the world's most successful retailers to change consumers' behaviour. One of the ways we do this is by offering spend and get loyalty (kids) programmes. By offering a range of strong licences such as Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, Smurfs and Jamie Oliver, we are able to create the most impact for our retailers. We are able to capture the hearts and minds of kids around the world, every second of the day, by working with our retailers to cocreate engaging and exciting kids concepts that connect to relevant retailer themes.

 

Your team and responsibilities;

Our team of passionate concept developers and creatives always have their finger on the pulse of the latest in kids hypes. We are looking to extend our team with a Content Manager, who will be responsible to manage and develop all concept-related content and copy for our kids concepts.

 

Your responsibilities also include:

  • Manage the content development for our licensed kids concept portfolio
  • Maintain a great relationship with our external content suppliers and internal copywriter
  • Be the gatekeeper of the quality of our content, project planning and deadlines
  • Be on trend for kids content, tone of voice and topics

 

Requirements

What qualities do you bring:

  • HBO / University degree in communication, media, journalism or related
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in managing content
  • Experience in, and passion for kids content is a must
  • Independent, self-driven, ambitious and a great team-player.
  • Solid project management track-record, detail-oriented, sense of quality
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Problem solving skills, able to anticipate to a highly dynamic and demanding environment
