Commercial driven analyst

As a dedicated member of our France office, you are the linking pin towards the Data & Business Intelligence department of Brand Loyalty International, based in Den Bosch – Netherlands. This department is responsible for collecting and gathering all performance data globally; advice, monitor and analyze all delivery-, sales- and logistical data of all offices worldwide.

As a Commercial Business Analyst in France, you are responsible for providing data related and analytical support to sales and project management teams, in order to design, pitch, implement and run successful loyalty programs at French top food retailers.


Your main tasks and responsibilities

  • Set up and lead all Market Research specific topics linked to French sales office needs, in compliance with HQ ways of working;
  • Fuel the local clients and support the sales process with our BI added value;
  • Build a network with client data counterparts and convince them about BL added value on data-driven follow up;
  • Get approvals on optimized forecasts: best concept, ranges, mechanism, prices level;
  • Understand client needs, translate into the right mechanism/concept;
  • Analyze and share sales results and programs performance (additional sales, Market share);
  • Build and deliver quantitative dashboards on a weekly basis;
  • Build and share dedicated business cases;
  • Make recommendations based on data to improve mechanism/offer on next programs;
  • Build and present post mortem analysis at the client;
  • Make sure we receive the appropriate data for 4-point analysis;
  • Analytically support our pitches during client meetings;

Requirements

What qualities will you bring?

  • College/University degree in applied Economics/business administration;
  • More than 3 years’ experience working in BI / Commercial Support function;
  • Excellent numerical/arithmetic skills for accurate analyses;
  • Next to analytical skills, you have strong communication skills;
  • Excellent in English & France language verbal and written;
  • A commercial analyst and a risk manager;
  • You think in a process-oriented way;
  • Strong Excel knowledge is a must;
  • SAP is a pro;
  • Willing to travel frequently to our HQ, also willing to get onboarded in our HQ (NL based) office.
