The Analyst works within the pillar Operations- Demand planning and risk management team. This team is led by Global head of Demand Planning & Risk Management. Together with Consumer Business insights team and Commercial Business Planning team, Operations department reports to the Operations Director. The Operations Analyst reports into the Sr. Operations analyst.
What will you do?
Our operations department is part of the foundation of our business, where the Operations analyst plays an important role. The Operations department is responsible for global risk management, forecasting and demand planning. The Operations Analyst acts as the analytical and critical counterpart for the program managers on loyalty program execution. The Operations Analyst reviews and approves program forecasts, sales-based analytics and demand planning.
Next to this the Operations Analyst ensures the numbers in our global sales forecast are accurate and up to date. Each Operations Analyst will have his or her own market(s)/countries to be responsible for.
