The Analyst works within the pillar Operations- Demand planning and risk management team. This team is led by Global head of Demand Planning & Risk Management. Together with Consumer Business insights team and Commercial Business Planning team, Operations department reports to the Operations Director. The Commercial Analist reports into the Sr. Operations analyst.
Our operations department is part of the foundation of our business, where the Operations analyst plays an important role. The Operations department is responsible for global risk management, product approvals and commercial setup from loyalty programmes. The Commercial Analyst acts as the analytical and critical counterpart for the program managers and sales on loyalty program execution. The Commercial Analyst reviews and approves program forecasts, sales-based analytics.
