From the start on day 1 until day 1000, the development of our colleagues is mapped-out


Our colleagues are the decisive asset that drives the success of the company. The BrandLoyalty University (BLU) takes care of the personal and professional development of our colleagues by providing training related to business and personal goals. Although development has always fuelled our success, it’s our people who are in the driver's seat, seeking new opportunities and continuing to pursue new destinations. Together we support and challenge our leaders to set us on the right course to create wins on all levels.

Fresh minds are welcomed by an onboarding programme from day 1 to day 100. In groups formed to include anyone from juniors to board members, they take part in a Challenge Week to pinpoint the next steps in their personal development. Up to day 1000, the BLU provides a tailored programme to get new colleagues up to speed. After 1000 days, the BLU continues to guide people in taking further steps on their career path.
