Based in Seoul and reporting to the Account Director, this individual will play a pivotal role in retaining and growing the current customer base and implementing and managing client specific loyalty programs for our business in Korea.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily interaction with internal and external key stakeholders to implement and manage programs
- Concept development of all program mechanics, operational and supply chain procedures, marketing promotional materials and events, data analytics etc.
- Lead/Support program training sessions with client to ensure excellent program execution
- Generate weekly program reporting, review program performance, forecast and monitor stock availability for program
- Responsible for program in-store execution excellence; lead program coordinators to conduct store visits.
