Your team and responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Business Director, SEA this individual will be based in Hong Kong and focus their time on managing clients and implementing and handling client specific loyalty programs in South East Asia.
The Account Manager will also work on building and growing existing client relationships by having daily interaction with internal and external key stakeholders. He or she will develop concepts, manage all program mechanics, operational and supply chain procedures, marketing promotional materials, events and data analytics.
