Account Manager, SEA

Your team and responsibilities


Reporting to the Regional Business Director, SEA this individual will be based in Hong Kong and focus their time on managing clients and implementing and handling client specific loyalty programs in South East Asia.  

The Account Manager will also work on building and growing existing client relationships by having daily interaction with internal and external key stakeholders. He or she will develop concepts, manage all program mechanics, operational and supply chain procedures, marketing promotional materials, events and data analytics. 

Requirements

Who are you?

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant discipline;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management and Project Management (preferably within an international environment);
  • Experience with the South East Asian market is an advantage;
  • Successful candidates would be need to be skillful in managing client relationships while effectively managing programs;
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with extensive experience in managing projects, timelines and attention to details;
  • Problem solving skills with a positive can-do attitude;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
  • Collaborative team player with an ability to work autonomously;
