We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead the team and to work on retaining and growing the current customer base for BrandLoyalty. The role will also be fundamental in engaging, developing and driving the team to proactively manage Loyalty Programs in Taiwan.
Your team and responsibilities:
As a Account Director, you are responsible for managing a team and driving daily interaction with internal and external key stakeholders, developing customer growth strategies, program proposals and value-added solutions to drive growth and ensure program success. In this role, you will be accountable for retaining and growing existing business via relationship building with C-level; from the development of proposals through to contract negotiations, programs P&L, oversee the implementation and management of client specific programs and provide hands-on support where needed. As a leader, you will be the role model and also manage and motivate your direct reports to achieve both individual and company targets.
