Account Director

We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead the team and to work on retaining and growing the current customer base for BrandLoyalty. The role will also be fundamental in engaging, developing and driving the team to proactively manage Loyalty Programs in Taiwan. 

 

Your team and responsibilities:

 

As a Account Director, you are responsible for managing a team and driving daily interaction with internal and external key stakeholders, developing customer growth strategies, program proposals and value-added solutions to drive growth and ensure program success. In this role, you will be accountable for retaining and growing existing business via relationship building with C-level; from the development of proposals through to contract negotiations, programs P&L, oversee the implementation and management of client specific programs and provide hands-on support where needed. As a leader, you will be the role model and also manage and motivate your direct reports to achieve both individual and company targets.

Requirements

Who are you?

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Account Management/Project Management (preferably within an international environment)
  • Experience with the Taiwan market is a must and an understanding of the retail environment is an advantage
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships with C-level, in account growth and strategic planning, negotiation and influencing
  • Strong P&L management capabilities
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with extensive experience in managing projects, timelines and attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin. 
  • A “farmer” who enjoys building relationships in closing deals
  • Strong leader who has proven to develop and coach a team
